Ethiopia - Yirgacheffe Aricha

This coffee comes from the Gediyo region in Aricha, southern Ethiopia, near Yirgacheffe. Grown at an altitude of 2,223 meters by approximately 1,700 smallholder farmers, it is composed of the Arabica varieties 74110 and 74112.

Processed using the natural method (drying the whole fruit), it develops a sweeter and fruitier profile. The Aricha Wubanchi processing station, founded in 2021, is owned by Amederato Coffee Supplier PLC and features 180 drying beds on a 2.5-hectare site.
