This exceptional lot comes from Granja Paraíso 92 and is produced by none other than Wilton Benitez, a visionary coffee producer who continues to push the boundaries of innovation in coffee processing.
Grown in the Cauca region of Colombia, this competition-grade coffee showcases the Sudan Rume variety, a rare cultivar originating from the Boma Plateau in Sudan. Known for its aromatic complexity and distinctive sweetness, Sudan Rume is seldom available and highly sought-after.

Notes : Mango, melon, plum, jasmine, juicy red grape acidity and a long, sweet, tropical finish.
