Shipping in Canada
We ship across Canada from our Montreal warehouse by tracked courier (Canada Post, Purolator, GLS or UPS depending on destination). You'll receive your tracking number as soon as your order leaves.
Free shipping:
- Québec and Ontario: when you buy 2 bags of the same size (e.g. 2 × 5 lb, or 2 × 15 lb).
- Rest of Canada: when you buy 4 bags of the same size.
Only coffee bags of the same size count together toward the threshold — roasting equipment is not included in the count. Once reached, shipping is free for the whole order: additional bags of any size ride along at no extra cost.
Below the threshold, real shipping rates are calculated by weight and destination and shown at checkout, before payment, along with each carrier's delivery estimate.
In-store pickup: free, at 1401 rue Legendre Ouest, Montréal. Choose "Pickup" at checkout.
Shipping to the USA
- Free shipping when you buy 4 bags of the same size.
- Fewer than 4 bags? Flat $25 USD.
- We cover 100% of US customs and import fees — the total you see at checkout is the final amount, no surprises at delivery.
- Orders ship from Montreal by tracked courier. US store prices are in USD.
