Pérou - Montegrande SHG FTO

Shoutout to Cafe Torque for great pricing and lightning fast delivery. Thought I would try something new, I'm glad I did. The Peru Montegrande SHG is such an easy bean to roast, first batch (City+) is my new go to for espresso shots and our Moccamaster. The flavor is sweet and makes for a great afternoon Americano. I'll be purchasing again for sure!

Another great roast and bean. However also had to switch drums using the Behmor 200AB as 'regular' drum had beans falling through the 'squares'. Surprised at the variations in bean sizes. Will order this bean again, also!!
