This new lot is grown at the Colombian farm La Reserva by Marlón Rojas, at an altitude of 1,750 meters. Combined with Colombia's typical terroir and farm temperatures between 12 and 25°C, this allows the fruit to ripen and develop its sugars slowly and evenly. This effort translates directly into a fruity expression throughout the cupping.

Farm Introduction:
Marlón Rojas is a third-generation farmer continuing the family tradition on their 100-hectare farm, located at an altitude of at least 1,700 m. The name Tres Cielos, or Three Skies, represents the producer's three commitments: careful fruit picking, close attention to fermentation techniques, and a drying time that respects the bean rather than a fixed schedule.
Mr. Rojas's work has also been recognized internationally. In 2024, he was named champion of Colombia's National Coffee Cupping Competition and placed 11th at the world championship. One of his coffees also took first place at China's 2025 National Roasting Championship.
