Colombia - Supremo 17/18

Excellent quality green coffee with outstanding versatility. I’ve been able to roast it to highlight either bright fruit notes or a richer chocolate profile, and both cups have been excellent. Consistent beans, easy to work with, and great value. Highly recommended for any roaster.
